Gladstone High School Class of 1990
Hello fellow GHS classmates!
I am a freelance book designer and publisher, so books are always on my mind. For a long time, now, I’ve been thinking about creating a book for, and about, our GHS Class, but I can’t do it alone. I need your input! Basically, the process is as follows:
NOTE: All deadlines have been removed for the time-being since our Reunion has been put on hold. As always, the sooner you can get files to me, the easier it will be to add them to the project, but I also don't want to discourage any responses.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD BLANK QUESTIONNAIRE
Click the link below to download a questionnaire. It has questions about your life since 1990 as well as various memories of your time back in high school. You DO NOT need to answer all of the questions—only the ones you feel comfortable answering. This is supposed to be fun, not intrusive! The questionnaire is provided as a file rather than an online form so that you can take your time filling it out and not have to finish it all in one sitting.
STEP 2: UPLOAD FINISHED QUESTIONNAIRE
Once you've finished, save the file (with your name in the title) and then upload it below or email it to [email protected].
STEP 3: UPLOAD PHOTOS
I would also like you to supply at least two photos: one from 1990 (senior portrait or other) and a more recent one. Again, this is supposed to be fun, so these are just things I would like to include for everyone but overall, they are only suggestions.
If you would like to send additional photos related to our high school years, that would be great! I hope to have multiple photo galleries in the book, so any help with that would be appreciated.
STEP 4 (if you're able to help!): CLASSMATES WHO HAVE PASSED AWAY
We’ve, unfortunately, lost some classmates over the years—including those in recent weeks, even—but it would be nice to honor them in some way within this book. If you are able to answer any of the questions in this questionnaire for someone we have lost, and/or provide some photos of them and their life after high school, that would be wonderful. Even if you only know a few answers, or only have a single photo, it will still help me to honor him/her in our book.

The final book will be put together with all of this information and imagery—a specific page or two for each person, along with general photo gallery pages throughout. A pdf proof of your page(s) will be emailed to you for approval before the book goes to print. The finished book will be available for purchase before (and delivered at) the reunion but it can also be shipped to your home address if you prefer. The cost will be around $25-$30, depending on the final number of pages. It will be a full color, professionally designed and printed book (most likely paperback) and will be a tangible keepsake specifically about our class and what we’ve all been up to over the past 30 years. So, c'mon…
